Why Tawazun
Local access. International standards.
Local access, international standards
Our directors have sat on the other side of the counter. We know which directorate signs which page, which file will be returned, and how long each step genuinely takes. That knowledge is delivered through Western reporting practice: a named account lead, written scopes of work, weekly status against milestones, and a documented audit trail for every submission.
Licensed and compliant
Tawazun is a registered Iraqi company holding licences from the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Kurdistan Board of Investment. We do not use facilitation payments, and our engagement terms say so in writing. Clients bound by the FCPA, the UK Bribery Act or donor compliance regimes can place our files in front of their auditors without qualification.
Transparent published pricing
Government fees, service fees and disbursements are itemised separately and published before you engage us. Where a ministry fee changes, we show the official schedule. There is no percentage uplift on third-party costs and no invoice at the end of a mandate that you have not already seen estimated.
