How Tawazun Group handles personal and client data.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to advise you and to make filings on your behalf: contact details, organisation details, and — where a mandate requires it — passport, visa, employment and dependant information for the individuals concerned.
How we use and share it
Personal data is used to deliver the mandate, to meet Iraqi legal and filing requirements, and to invoice. It is shared with Iraqi authorities only where a filing requires it, and with translators, notaries or transport providers only to the extent needed to complete the instructed work.
Retention and your rights
Case files are retained for the period required by Iraqi law and professional practice, then securely destroyed. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where no legal retention duty applies. Write to info@tawazun.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
