Pricing
Published service fees, government fees and disbursements — itemised before you engage us.
How we quote
Fees are quoted per mandate, in writing, before work begins. A quotation separates three things so you can see exactly what you are paying for: our professional fee, official government fees and disbursements, and any third-party costs such as translation, legalisation or transport.
Fee structures we use
- Fixed fee — for defined filings such as a work permit, residency renewal or company registration.
- Per-head fee — for rotating workforces, priced on volume and renewal cycle.
- Monthly retainer — for ongoing PRO, compliance and assistance coverage.
- Time-based — for advisory and problem files where scope cannot be fixed in advance.
What affects the final figure
Government fees change by jurisdiction, nationality, permit category and company classification, and they are set by the authorities rather than by us. Expedited processing, out-of-hours movement, legalisation abroad and armoured transport carry defined surcharges that appear on the quotation, not on the invoice as a surprise.
Getting an indicative figure
For a budget number before you engage us, send the headcount, nationalities, destination city and intended start date to the advisory desk and we will return an itemised estimate, normally within one business day.
