Services
Six practices covering entry, establishment and day-to-day operation in Iraq.
How a mandate runs
Every engagement starts with a scoping call, followed by a written scope of work listing deliverables, government fees, our professional fee and a realistic timetable. A named in-country lead owns the file from instruction to completion and reports on a fixed weekly cadence.
Jurisdictions we cover
- Federal Iraq — Baghdad, Basra, Najaf, Anbar and the southern oil provinces.
- Kurdistan Region of Iraq — Erbil, Sulaymaniyah and Duhok, including Board of Investment matters.
- Cross-jurisdiction files where a company registered in one system needs standing in the other.
What we do not do
We do not make facilitation payments, we do not act through unnamed intermediaries, and we do not accept mandates we cannot lawfully complete. Where a request falls outside Iraqi law or our anti-bribery policy, we say so in writing and propose a compliant alternative.
