Anti-Bribery Policy
Our written commitment against facilitation payments and improper advantage.
Our position
Tawazun Group does not offer, promise, give, request or accept any improper advantage in connection with client work. This applies to public officials, private counterparties and anyone acting on their behalf, without exception and regardless of local practice or commercial pressure.
Facilitation payments
We do not make facilitation payments — small unofficial payments to speed routine processes — and we do not reimburse them. Where a payment is lawfully due, it is paid through official channels against an official receipt and appears as a disbursement on your invoice.
How this is enforced
- Every staff member and agent is bound by this policy in writing.
- All third parties acting for us are vetted and contractually bound to the same standard.
- All official payments are made against receipts and reconciled to client files.
- Concerns can be raised confidentially to management at info@tawazun.co.uk.
If a demand is made
If an improper demand is made on a client mandate, we refuse it, record it, inform the client and pursue the lawful route. We will decline or withdraw from any mandate that can only proceed by breaching this policy.
