What registration includes
We prepare and legalise the parent documents, draft the constitutive contract, handle name reservation, capital deposit and registration, then complete the post-registration steps that determine whether the entity can actually operate: tax registration, social security enrolment, chamber of commerce membership, corporate bank account and municipal licensing.
Ongoing compliance
- Annual returns, accounts filing and licence renewals.
- Tax and social security filings, and coordination with your auditor.
- PRO services — official letters, stamps, attestations and directorate liaison.
- Amendments: capital, activity, management, address and shareholder changes.
